Oxford University Scholarships for Ukrainian graduates

The scholarships are open to Ukrainian citizens who have been displaced by the war in Ukraine and will support full-time undergraduate students starting a one-year course at Oxford in the academic year 2024-25

Monday, November 20, 2023

Ukrainian graduates will join the relevant master's courses at the University of Oxford and will receive funding to cover their tuition fees, as well as a living grant.

This scholarship programme is designed to help Ukraine "build better", and its goal is to enable scholarship holders to return and contribute to Ukraine's reconstruction using the knowledge and connections gained during their one-year course of study.

The University of Oxford Postgraduate Scholarships Programme for Ukraine (2024-25) is supported by XTX Markets.

Financing:

Each scholarship covers the full cost of the course in addition to a £10,000 grant for accommodation. Participating colleges provide scholarship holders with free accommodation and meals.

These scholarships are available to candidates for eligible full-time Master's degree programmes that are available:

- citizens of Ukraine;

- who were displaced as a result of the war in Ukraine.

Given the programme's focus on "building back better", priority will be given to candidates studying the exact sciences, medical, social sciences and humanities.

All applications for fellowships will be screened for eligibility and evaluated by a panel of scholars on the basis of academic merit, taking into account the order of departmental priorities outlined above. All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their scholarship applications by email, usually by the end of June. Final college placement will also be confirmed for scholarship recipients who can only study at certain colleges. If you have been offered a scholarship and accepted, this means that your funding is secured, provided you meet the conditions of your offer for a place to study at Oxford.

Deadline for applications: not specified.
