Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan (Poland) has announced the admission to study on a semester exchange program

The admission for semester exchange students during the academic year 2024-2025 to the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan (AMU) (Republic of Poland) has been announced.

Term of study: Winter semester 2024/25: September 30, 2024 - February 17, 2025

Deadline for submission of documents:May 24, 2024.

Faculties of KSU, students of which can study at the university: Faculty of Education, Biology, Geography and Ecology; Ukrainian and foreign philology and journalism; computer science, physics and mathematics; culture and arts; psychology, history and sociology; business and law, medical faculty.

Before applying, please contact the International Department to clarify the availability of your specialty for studying at the Adam Mickiewicz University.

Language of instruction: English / Polish.

Students are free to choose any disciplines from the list of https://amupie.amu.edu.pl/?semester=Winter&t=amupie&year=2024%2F2025  (more than 200 offers) from other faculties (however, most must be related to the main field of study). The chosen disciplines must first be agreed with the faculty.

Financing: tuition is free. Transportation costs, accommodation, health insurance and meals are at the students' own expense.

AccommodationStudents can find accommodation on their own (e.g. rent an apartment) or stay in one of the university dormitories: https://amu.edu.pl/en/education/amu-dormitories. Depending on the dormitory and the type of room, the price range varies from 580 to 1140 PLN per month.

List of required documents (agreed with the faculty and the department of international initiatives and project activities)

1. List of selected disciplines and completed application form (uploaded after registration).
2. An extract from the individual curriculum for the entire period of study + translation into English (send in one file, the translation can be ordered at any translation agency or done independently and sent for verification to the department's mail;).
3. Photo in electronic format (as for a visa)
4. A scan of the passport
5. Certificate of English language level B2 and above (if available)

Where are the classes held?The university has three campuses in the city, which are easily accessible by public transport (trams, buses, suburban trains). Classes are held in the buildings of the faculties, so, depending on the student's choice, they can take place in one, and sometimes in all campuses.
